You might laugh at me for my first workout as my wife did, but I wanted to start off easy since I am out of shape. My first workout was the easy walk with Kathy Smith.&lt;div&gt;The workout was awesome. I did an outdoor walk for 15 minutes. I love the music that comes on the keychain trainer. It kept me moving at a great pace and was perfectly in sync with the workout. I can't wait to do my next work out. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;It was so nice to be able to do a 15 minute workout, outside during my lunch break. Best of all with the keychain trainer I was able to use America's Trainer, Kathy Smith during my lunch break. There is no way I would have been able to afford her or get to California where she lives.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I will keep updating this blog as I do more workouts.
